This 75-minute Reiki and Restorative class is an invitation to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, cultivating resilience and ease. The only things you need to bring are a cozy layer, a water bottle, and an open heart - all props and mats are provided.
Utilizing props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each posture is adapted to honor your unique needs - minimizing joint strain, easing fatigue, and supporting autonomic balance. We focus on grounding practices that invite your nervous system into a state of deep rest. We are only going to change poses like three times - seriously.
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen - helping to establish optimum health, while promoting peace, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing. Reiki utilizes gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us.
