We gather. We share. We nourish. We heal.
Cervix Sundays are a time to unwind, find authentic connection, and be deeply nourished. Each monthly gathering has a theme connected to fertility cycles, cyclical living and being cyclical creatures. We know in our bones, from time immemorial, the pure magic, joy and healing that happens when women gather and share freely about our bodies and lives. Optional castor oil packs & vaginal steams.
Past & Future Themes:

Theme: The Creative Pelvis with Julie MacAdam
Exploring the Pelvic Center through art, awareness, and story
For September’s Cervix Sunday, Julie MacAdam will guide us through an embodied and artistic exploration. Julie is a somatic therapist and educator that partners with dreams and the arts to support people to metabolize stress and trauma, and live a more robust life.
We'll be invited to engage with the pelvic center through guided meditation, embodied sensing, and art-making. Write your story, draw your sensations, listen to your body. Engage in a dialogue to unlock what is already here - to tend, to learn, to illuminate.
