This class blends gentle, stabilizing movement with deeply supported rest. We’ll flow mindfully to build strength around the joints, then settle into restorative poses that soothe the nervous system and release tension. Utilizing props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each posture is adapted to honor your unique needs - minimizing joint strain, easing fatigue, and supporting autonomic balance. Designed with hypermobility and dysautonomia in mind, this practice is safe, grounding, and deeply nourishing for any body seeking balance.
