Lea is a Womb and Abdominal Massage Therapist. She has been practicing bodywork since 2012, and has been studying holistic health for even longer. Her background includes Integrative Massage Therapy, Maya Abdominal Therapy, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, and Myofascial Release. 

Lea’s focus is working with women in all phases of life, pre-conception to postpartum, or anywhere else. Her main work is Maya Abdominal Therapy which is a modality that focuses on bringing blood, lymph, nerve, and energetic flow to the digestive and reproductive organs. This work helps with alignment of the organs so they can function optimally. She weaves other modalities into her work, including Myofascial Release, Cupping, and Energy work.

Lea is a mother of two children. Through the experience of motherhood, the way in which she wanted to work with others evolved. She found a deep love working with healing the feminine through bodywork. She is passionate about working with the sacred womb-space (whether the womb is physically present, or energetically) to create a container of safe, grounded healing. 

Through her work, Lea is committed to supporting women, throughout all of their life cycles. Her goal is to hold space for them while they to get to know themselves and come back home into their bodies. Lea’s work is gentle and grounded. Through the modalities that she practices, it is Lea’s intention to help women find softness and spaciousness within themselves. She is there simply as a witness and guide for the real work that each individual does for themselves. YOU are doing the true work.

Outside of work, Lea enjoys spending time with her partner and their two sons, with much of their time spent outdoors, on or in the water–and they love skateboarding together! Lea also knows the importance of self care and aims to do that through creative work (pottery), self massage, sauna, and moving her body in ways that bring her joy.
