As the summer busy-ness heats up, it's important to relax, let go, and surrender to our true direction and purpose.

Bring anything you'd like in order to feel comfortable lying on the floor for 90 minutes. Thick yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters provided. Pillows by request. Heated massage table available if the floor is not accessible for you - please reserve before event. Building is wheelchair accessible. Let us know of any sensitive medical concerns (pregnancy, implanted devices, etc) prior to start. Limited to 10 attendees.
