This training explores 4 types of sound baths: meridian tracing, chakra resonance, elemental, and sound massage. The first two of these are verbally guided meditations, which are excellent and accessible for beginning practitioners. The next is musical and expressive, where you get to embody your creativity. The last is interactive, placing singing bowls on the attendees, for profound clearing, relaxing, and resetting.
