This immersive training offers the opportunity to explore how sound healing works, how we can use it for relaxation, stress relief, pain relief, energy clearing, inner strength, and whole body harmony. We will focus on the many uses of bronze singing bowls with an introduction to crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, weighted and unweighted tuning forks, and other instruments. 

Attune yourself to the rich, ancient tones and vibrations of large hand-hammered bronze singing bowls & gongs, and the pure coherent tones of crystal bowls and tuning forks for healing and harmonizing the physical, mental, emotional, and etheric bodies. Looking at ancient and modern theory, we will explore how stagnant and unbalanced energies affect the body, how sound and vibration work to heal and harmonize, and we'll learn leading-edge methods to awaken the healer within.

We will go over basic techniques of how to play each instrument and when and why you would use each one. We will learn how to give treatments specific to instilling deep relaxation, calming the mind, grounding, clearing the field, and entraining into whole body coherence. We will learn effective and efficient noninvasive treatments for chronic pain, discuss treatment plans and cautions for dozens of conditions, and discover how to apply this knowledge in our lives and integrate these methods in our therapeutic practices.

We will practice holding compassionate space for our clients, matching intentions, being present, and encouraging emotional release and profound transformation. Other instruments such as flutes, harps, drums, handpans, chimes, and rattles will be discussed and may be used as well.

This Level 1 training will also cover how to support individuals and groups using sound, vibration, and simple musical concepts (intervals, chords, melody, harmony, binaural beats) while holding compassionate space for emotional release, pain relief, and encouraging deep relaxation, using a variety of instruments.
