Come celebrate the gently warming weather with a relaxing and restorative sound bath hosted by Kirk Jones of Evolvlove Sound Therapy. As our bodies re-awaken to their warm weather fluid nature, let us gently awaken the energy flow of spring with deep relaxation, vibrational reset, and setting intentions for these warmer months. This sound bath features crystal bowls, gongs, and bronze bowls rung and sung on the front and then back of the body.

Bring anything you'd like in order to feel comfortable lying on the floor for 90 minutes. Thick yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters provided. Pillows by request. Heated massage table available if the floor is not accessible for you - please reserve before event. Building is wheelchair accessible. Let us know of any sensitive medical concerns (pregnancy, implanted devices, etc) prior to start. Limited to 10 attendees.
