The Wellness Collective is a space where holistic health practitioners collaborate to care for your mind, body and spirit. We provide a comprehensive experience for clients seeking a more natural and sustainable form of healthcare, and provide the resources for individuals to feel empowered about their health. Working as a team, we design and implement individually tailored treatment plans that include acupuncture, massage, herbal and nutritional support, fitness training, group exercise, lifestyle education and more. This treatment style allows for the alignment of the three human elements of mind, body and spirit, and the six dimensions of human Wellness.

Helping people understand the process of wellness and how to make behavior choices that will improve the quality of their lives.
