WELCOME TO WELLNESS.

The Wellness Collective is a space where holistic health practitioners collaborate to care for your mind, body and spirit. We provide a comprehensive experience for clients seeking a more natural and sustainable form of healthcare, and provide the resources for individuals to feel empowered about their health. Working as a team, we design and implement individually tailored treatment plans that include acupuncture, massage, herbal and nutritional support, fitness training, group exercise, lifestyle education and more. This treatment style allows for the alignment of the three human elements of mind, body and spirit, and the six dimensions of human Wellness.

We help clients live their lives in a healthy manner, guiding them towards the ultimate goal of wellness. Helping people understand the process of wellness and how to make behavior choices that will improve the quality of their lives. Holism is the integration of mind, body, and spirit for optimal functioning. Wellness is a process, a way of life; it is not a state that can be achieved once and for all, it must be constantly worked on.

  • COREY WILLIAMS

    ACUPUNCTURIST/HERBALIST - MTOM, LAc.

    Corey Williams has been trained in acupuncture, Chinese herbology, pediatric Chinese medicine, Chinese bodywork and massage, advanced Thai massage and clinical nutrition. Corey draws great joy from helping her patients achieve balance and feel their best.

    BUSINESS MANAGER

    A co-founder of The Wellness Collective, Jeremy’s work as Business Manager complements and supports the role of our practitioners. He lends his creativity and resourcefulness to the team, helping to develop and carry out new and innovative programming and collaboration.

    ACUPUNCTURIST/HERBALIST - MSOM, LAc.

    Montana Burns was trained in acupuncture and Chinese herbology at Southwest Acupuncture College. Her specialties include internal medicine, OBGYN, sports medicine and clinical nutrition. Montana enjoys helping people along their journey to natural health.

    CHIROPRACTOR - DC

    Dr. Elizabeth Davidson discovered chiropractic as she was recovering from a childhood plagued with illness. After getting well with chiropractic care, she pursued her chiropractic education. As a former elementary school teacher, Elizabeth loves working with kids, and her passion is being a pregnancy, pediatric, and family chiropractor. She specializes in very gentle care with no twisting or cracking so you and your family can be healthy and happy from the start!

  • MISTY WILLIAMS

    MASSAGE THERAPIST/REIKI PRACTITIONER – CMT

    Misty Williams received her BA in Philosophy from Trinity College of Vermont and attended Touchstone Healing Arts School of Massage Therapy.  She is a Certified Massage Therapist trained in Swedish Massage, Myofascial Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Positional Release, Neuromuscular Technique, and Deep Tissue Massage, and is a Level II Practitioner of Usui Reiki.  Misty specializes in Integrative Therapeutic Massage, combining techniques to produce a desired outcome for each session.

    REIKI AND HEALING TOUCH PRACTITIONER

    Candace is a deeply intuitive healer who is dedicated to providing a sacred space for transformation and healing. Candace provides a range of holistic health & wellness services in the following roles: Doula support (labor & birth and post-partum), Yoga instructor (drop-in and private classes) and Energy Healer (Reiki & Healing Touch).  Candace offers educational workshops and retreats in the following areas: childbirth education, herbal remedies, natural body products, food & nutrition and more!

    NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIAN - ND

    As a Naturopathic Doctor, Certified Clinical Nutritionist, and Herbalist, Barry sees patients with all kinds of chronic health conditions and minor acute conditions. He can help patients with everyday problems like fatigue, insomnia, anxiety/depression and weight loss but also treat patients with chronic debilitating conditions like auto immune conditions, cancer and chronic infections. He is dedicated to his patients and will go the extra mile to figure out solutions to even the most difficult cases.

  • KATHY HENNIS

    MASSAGE THERAPIST

    Kathy’s practice is based on the idea that your body holds its own inner wisdom and that as a therapist she provides a safe space to let go, so that what needs to be healed has room and opportunity to be expressed. Kathy uses mostly Swedish and Deep Tissue massage modalities, but also has training in Reflexology, Myofascial release, and Trigger point therapy. She is a graduate of Touchstone Healing Arts and The University of Vermont.

    NATUROPATHIC PRACTITIONER

    Rose is a Naturopathic Practitioner and Founder of Zen Den Holistic Wellness, Inc. She specializes in holistic wellness and is passionate about guiding clients through lifestyle changes, cleansing and detoxification.

  • JAMIE MCKENZIE

    MASSAGE THERAPIST

    Jamie McKenzie studied Asian Bodywork at Elements of Healing in Essex Junction and is certified in Amma and Shiatsu therapy, Chinese Cupping and Moxibustion. Jamie believes that our bodies are an organic whole, so by rebalancing our Qi and connecting our internal pathways we heal and find happiness.

    MASSAGE THERAPIST - CMT

    Iana Fraser has been practicing massage therapy for nearly 18 years. She earned her B.S. in Human Nutrition from Cornell University and is NCTMB board certified. Iana first studied massage in 1996 with the McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland, California and received reflexology training in London, England in 1999. She has worked with a wide variety of needs for her clients, ranging from athletes to seniors, and those managing chronic pain or rehabilitating old injuries.

    SOUND HEALER

    Kirk Jones is an International Academy of Sound Healing certified sound therapist who uses the power of sound to heal the body and soothe the soul. He resonates deeply with the use of Tibetan singing bowls for whole body healing. He uses a mixture of traditional techniques and intuitive response to provide the most powerful healing possible.

    RECIPE DEVELOPER/HOLISTIC WELLNESS CONSULTANT

    Brandy is the founder of A Mindful Mantra, a website that inspires readers with healthy allergy-friendly recipes, yoga and fitness tidbits, and non-toxic home and beauty supplies. Brandy offers workshops on allergy friendly cooking, lifestyle, and yoga at The Wellness Collective.

    HERBALIST

    For over ten years Carly Harrison has studied herbs and their uses, working with and among many well-known herbalists, clinical herbalists, and farmers. As the owner of Vermana Herbals, Carly handcrafts small batch herbal remedies and teaches unique classes on designed to educate and empower you to use herbal medicine to maintain your health naturally.

    TRANSFORMATIONAL HEALER

    Cara Joy has 13 years experience in the Healing Arts.  Her skills include DeepFeet Massage, Reiki 2, Holistic Herbalism, Human Design, Advanced ThetaHealing and Sound Balancing.  She is passionately inspired to help you experience healthy balance and manifest your life's full potential.

We house two large treatment rooms, a fitness studio and a classroom, all designed with comfort of our clients in mind.
