Between Thanksgiving and the New Year, when the world speeds up and expectations grow louder, this is your space to slow down. All you need to bring is a cozy layer, a water bottle, and an open heart: all props and mats are provided.
Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each posture is fully supported and adapted to your unique needs, minimizing joint strain, easing fatigue, and helping your nervous system find its way back to balance. We’ll move slowly and intentionally, changing poses just a few times to allow for deep rest and gentle release.
Reiki, a soothing Japanese form of energy healing, complements this stillness beautifully. It helps cleanse and balance the body’s energy system, supporting natural processes of restoration, peace, and emotional wellbeing. As the year draws to a close, this practice invites you to soften into the quieter rhythms of winter — to replenish, realign, and remember that rest is not a luxury, but a way home to yourself.
